Subscribing to the PFRO25 Mailing List

The Police & Fire Retirees of Ohio, Local 25, provides a listserv emailing list. This list is a way to stay informed of updates to the site, participate, and share information.

Guidelines for Participation

To join the mailing list, we must confirm that each subscriber is an eligible retiree, widow, or widower of a police, or fire department. Please provide one of the following forms of verification in the Confirmation of Eligibility field:

  1. Current Member Reference – The name of a presently active member who can vouch for you.
  2. Agency Contact – The name and contact information of a representative from your former agency (e.g., a supervisor, HR liaison, or union official).
  3. Meeting Attendance – Meetings are the second Wednesday of the month. Attend the next meeting, where you will present your retirement credentials in person.

Only one of these options is required. All information will be used solely for verification purposes and will be kept confidential.

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, messages are moderated. Disrespectful or unproductive messages may result in removal of the message.

Upon approval to join, you will receive an email with instructions for using the mailing list.
